I was born and raised in the desert southwest before moving to Seattle to earn degrees in both art and history. My influences range widely from underground comix to ancient Maya and Egyptian art and Garbage Pail Kids.
I have done illustration and design work for publications, bands, businesses and tattoos. In addition to freelance artwork, I have done pro-bono work for Real Change News and Homeless Empowerment Project and other community organizations as well as collaborations with other artists and writers including Intruder Comics. I also occasionally write about film, culture and politics and in 2016 I began a tattooing apprenticeship with Jason Middleton at True Love Tattoo and Gallery in Seattle, Washington.
Original art, prints of some of the images featured here and screenprinted apparel can be found in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood at the studio and gallery Push/Pull which I co-operate with my partner Maxx and five other artists, or at my online store An Enormous Door
